happy 11th month.

so Vivi has been growing (in every aspect) at an unremarkable rate.

1. she is walking now. she tends to take off when you leave her sight for a split second and that has gotten her into a few accidents. you realize she's walking (or rather running) off when you hear her laughing. she enjoys its so much. she thinks it's the greatest thing in the world. who can blame her?

2. she eats everything. no holds bar. she eats rice with soup, spam (i know i shouldn't have, but i only give her a little), chocolate (again, i know i shouldn't), etc.

3. she dances. if i start singing she'll start bobbing up and down. she also jumps when i say jump, but it looks like shes dancing because again she's bobbing up and down.

disclosure: please ignore the horrible singing. believe me i didn't want to post this video up but that's the only way i can get her dancing.

4. she insa-hae (bows/greets). you say 'anyoung-ha-sae-yo' and she bows her head, but usually tends to do this when she's in a good mood (usually when she's eating).

so we got a christmas tree the day after thanksgiving. we would have bought one sooner but apparently they don't sell it before thanksgiving. christmas will and is so much fun this year because Connor's excited.

he's been decorating the tree and the house with lights. the tree is still a work in progress. good thing we hung all the non-breakable ornaments at the bottom because every time we hang one, another is coming down. that's because Vivi is taking them off.

Connor's in the christmas spirit singing 'jingle bells'. he also wants things for christmas for the first year. this has been a double edge sword. it's fun that he wants things but the only problem is making him wait for it. we've gone to toys r us a few times just to see what he wants so i can get him for him when he's not around, but damn that place. that place is like vegas for little kids. they have this possessive power that turns little kids mad. i'm always hearing one kid crying their eyes out because they can't get what they want. Connor's not that bad but he kept insisting that we buy him this, we buy him that. fil already bought him a bike for christmas. it's his first and he's practicing (of course with the training wheels).

Connor's into photography these days. obviously, we all know what his favorite subjects are. however, he has moved on to sea creatures, mainly octopuses and squids.
