argh. no means no.

UPDATE: hubby insists that it's not broken. he's trying to weasel his way out of buying me a new one. the lense was just dirty so i cleaned up the smudge but it's the image stabilizer that's the problem.

for the most part, Connor is a really good kid. he listens if you explain it to him. if you just take things away from him or simply just say, 'no', it doesn't work. if you explain to him that something gets broke (ayaya = hurt) or if you tell him you'll give him something else he'll understand and give up whatever he was doing. if you give him candy and tell him there's no more, he doesn't beg for me. he just assumes there's no more.

well, saturday wasn't one of those days. now the one thing i don't let him play with is mommy's toy, her camera. it was hot on saturday and the boy was cranky and insisted on having my camera. guess what hubby did? let Connor play with my camera. guess what the boy did? put his fingers, lips on the lense and tugged at it. now the camera is acting funny. hubby doesn't think so cuz he doesn't want to have to pay up for another one, but guess what? you shouldn't have given it to him.

do you see the blur in the center?
cranky boy.
some shots i got before he insisted on having my camera.

he was actually taking pictures with it, too. not too bad, i guess. i don't know what hubby is so happy about considering he's going to fork over some more dough to buy me a new lense.

this was my favorite part of the day.
