allergy relief.

so to alleviate his allergies we're using neilmed sinus rinse for kids, which is what his allergist gave him a while back. he also prescribed medication but i refuse to put him on meds everyday. and...

he absolutely hates it. why? because it's pure torture. you basically shoot saline into one nostril and make it come out the other to "rinse" it. does it work? so far, so good. i'm doing it twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. i'll do it for about 2 weeks and see how it goes.

i'm trying to make it less painful for him by letting him have fun by using it like a water gun.

he's pretending he's doing, but obviously it's going no where near his nose.
