Imagine using that device when you're going through your monthly ritual...other than those times, I'd considering using it when I'm out camping in the middle of no where. Then again, if there's no water to rinse it after you use it, that'd be pretty gross. ehhhh~ Just squat or hold it in. Simple, Natural, Efficient.
