allergies.

on saturday, i was intent on giving Connor a haircut. i stopped by the store and picked up at least $15 worth or groceries (same as his haircut) to entice him to sit still and quietly. it was a success. with candy and balloons the kid sat still enough for him to get a decent haircut.

afterwards, hubby helped lil TIT move back down to sd while grandpa and grandma spent some quality time with Connor. Connor doesn't get to see grandpa as often but when he does he sticks to him like glue.

leave it to grandpa to give him water balloons to play with in the house.


then when lil TIT came back we went to the pool.

wearing my shoes. i don't know what it is these days but he wants to wear everyone's shoes but his own. he's even put my heels on. yes, i have heels. he found them way back in my closet.


yesterday we went to the allergist and little boy has allergies. it was so sad having to hold him while they pricked 38 spots on his back to see what he was allergic to. he was screaming/crying, 'umma' begging me to have them stop while i had to hold him still. he has a little allergy to dust mites but mostly grass/pollen, and mold. apparently, mold also is airborne. like all doctors, he prescribed him medication, which i will be staying away from. i'm going to see how i can limit his contact with these allergies as much as i can.
