how the evening was spent.

it wouldn't be fit to have a birthday without balloons. i bought him the biggest balloon i could find at party city. this is not how to dress your kids, but this is what he was in when i got home: a shirt, underwear, and green crocs.

lil' TIT baked some cupcakes for his birthday. i wanted to wait for hubby to get home but Connor insisted so i took one out and let him have his fun. before i even finish the song he's already blowing out the candle.



i tried again. you can tell he's trying to hold off from blowing as long as he can.



this time kept it at a distance so i could finish the song. he started waving his hands to try to blow it out.



eating only the sprinkles.



haven't been taking him out much so took him to the chino hills library.









then went to petco to look at the animals. came home with the unlucky goldfish.





he decided he wanted to catch it so he went for his cup which was in his pool... with his shoes on. somehow i got this on video.





the cup didn't work so he decided to use his hands.



then a flower petal. i don't get it either.

while waiting for daddy to come home, he decided to pick flowers (weeds) for his mommy.

then was practicing jumping. most of the time his feet don't leave the ground.

look! he got some air here!

daddy finally came home.

he had the rest of the cupcakes, carefully picking out the sprinkles.

he ditched the fork.
