late birthday.

the cousins were thoughtful enough to come over to chino hills to wish me a belated birthday. we originally had plans to go bowling but with a tournament going on we decided to kick it at our house. hubby was nice enough to make us a few tasty appetizers: mussels, shrimp, and some sausages (mild italian and spicy louisiana). it also included a few drinks, wine from Helen and jungle juice with belvedere. later the guys played some ball and the girls played a version of horse, with Olee losing to Helen. i had to rub that in. afterwards we dined at lucille's.
