hate/hate relationship.

i grind my teeth and i hate to wear my mouthguard. i've chewed through one and i'm working on chewing through my second. i can't sleep with it on so i choose not to wear it most of the time. as a result, i'm being punished. i've been having headaches, my jaw is soar, my teeth are hurting and my gums are bleeding. so last night i've decided to wear my mouthguard. this morning i woke up and found it at the base of my bed on the floor. i don't know how it got there but i'm pretty sure i threw it down there in my sleep. i just don't remember. it's not the first time i've done something like this either. in the past, i've found it underneath my pillow, on our dresser on the other side of the room (where i've actually had to get up and walk over there), and somewhere underneath the blankets. all this i have no recollection of doing.
