he loves balloons so much his grandma and grandpa go and buy him one at party city every day. the helium dies out in one day so they go and buy him another one the next day. it only costs $0.97 each including tax which is worth it rather than buying him a toy that's $10-$20 that he'll get sick of real quick. but then again the gas to drive down there probably costs more.
