thursday: thanksgiving spent with our familia. like every year we have our traditional turkey from honeybaked ham that hubby likes. he doesn't eat turkey, but he eats honeybaked turkey. Connor, to my surprise, loves turkey. he ate it on thursday. he ate it on friday. he ate it on saturday. and like every year we also had some other type of feast going on the side (usually steak or seafood). this year it was seafood... raw seafood... sashimi. also, clams, mussells, shrimp cocktail, etc.

i tell you... these two can't take one decent picture together. one is either making faces or the other is.
devouring the turkey.
friday: took Connor to the local park where they have a pond with ducks and turtles.

saturday: took Connor to the mall to meet up with grandma and his auntie. santa was at nordstroms passing out candy canes. i wanted to take a photo of them but Connor refused. he just took the candy and ran.
auntie had to carry him for me to get a photo of him and santa.
hubby and i then went on a date. we wanted to go to ra sushi and catch happy hour before we watched a movie, but hubby left his wallet at home. they carded us. they refused to sell hubby drinks because he didn't have his id. hubby didn't know whether to be pissed or to feel good about the incident. so we left and decided to grab a 6-pack at the store and sneak it in. we ended up watching quantum of solace. i love james bond movies and must admit i was going to boycott them since they picked daniel craig as the new bond but have to say that he's growing on me.
sunday: grandma bought him a shirt from true religion last week so i put it on him today. bad choice. let's just say, the wording on the shirt came true. he was such a handful. he even got in trouble with his daddy. he refused to hold our hands. he refused to be carried. he only insisted that he run free like the wind.

finally got to check out the americana for the first time.

my two boys chillin' waiting for their food.
at the rate that Connor was going, we needed to drain his energy before he drained our's, so we decided to take him to the playground.

it's funny how he knows he's going to bump his head now. he hunches over careful not to hit his head.
this is my favorite moment of his. knocked out.
