big TOUGH boy.

took Connor to the doctor's for some vaccinations. i've been torn with the decision to vaccinate Connor due to the debate over the correlation of combination vaccines and autism. i've researched and read and had decided with oppa that we feel it's safer to give him vaccinations than not. he had 2 shots and poor boy cried. not as much as the first time. i guess the fat he's gained, especially in his thighs, helped out with some padding. the shots itself weren't so bad, but the reaction he had from it was worse. he had a fever of 102 the night of the shots so we gave him some tylenol. it brought it down a little but then would go back up after the medication wore off. we stripped him and cooled him down with a cool towel. little boy is tough. he didn't cry. he's feeling much better now, but now it's making me reconsider whether i want to give him the rest. i know that they say fevers are a common reaction, but i'm torn as to what to do.

during his doctor's visit, the doctor measured his stats.

Connor's stats:
weight: 16.8 oz. (75-80%) - on the heavy side, but not considering his height
height: 26 in. (90%) - tall so it evens out his weight
head circumference: 44 cm. (95%) - big

the doctor says he's an overall big boy. if he was higher in one category over another it would make him disproportioned. little man is perfect... at least in my eyes. call me a biased mother.
