happy 3 months.

Connor can:

1. hold his head up on his own. he no longer looks like a bobble head.
2. even though i promised no more tummy time, i lied. such a bad mommy. he's already lifting his head up.

3. he has enough strength in his legs to push off so we can make him stand up for a few seconds.
4. has gained a few pounds. i haven't taken him to the doctor so i don't know how much he weighs, but my arms are definitely feeling it.
5. he's got the hand-eye coordination thing down. he can grab what he wants.

6. he's occasionally sleeping 7 - 8 hours. yay for mommy and daddy!
7. smiles when he sees mommy and daddy.
8. is a morning person. definitely doesn't take after mommy.

i want to say, 'congrats' to nancy (susan's lil' sis) and walton. they're having a baby.

and 'congrats' to yona. she just gave birth to a healthy baby girl named Lauren.

ry and helen go the la county fair every year. they included us this year and showed us how to have fun at the fair. it mostly consisted of eating:
1. fried zuchini
2. fried onion rings
3. turkey legs
4. corn dogs
5. hot dogs
6. beer
7. wine
8. french fries
9. roasted corn

...yes, we ate it all. thanks for showing us a good time.

afterwards, i felt like the little piggy at the bottom. i ate too much.

before we went though, they stopped by to see Connor and dropped off a special gift, a scrapbook of the baby shower and Connor's first day in this world. this is the best gift a baby momma can get. i wanted to make one to record the special days, but having a baby consumes most of your time and making a scrapbook takes a lot of time, something there's no time to do. muchas gracias.

auntie susan also came by to visit last week.
