road trip.

this is NOT the road trip we had. but it sure does seem like it, doesn't it? this is actually my backyard... where the cows chill in chino hills.

on friday, lil' TIT came over to spend the night. she drove. look at how intense she is.

so we decided to drop by the store and pick up some pumpkins. i forced her to take the picture below.

and these are what we decided to adopt.

this is what came of it. as you can tell, it was late in the night where people get delirious.

we even made some pumpkin seeds. well, technically, the pumpkin made the pumpkin seeds, but we toasted them in the oven. burnt them, too, which is what i normally do.

now pictures from the real road trip. we decided to take the day and head up to the mountains. with the mil and fil we went to big bear. fall is in full effect and winter is just around the corner. i liked the colors.

went to the discovery center there where they had a large bear skinned. hair is coarse. nose is leathery. skin is thick like a tire.

went offroading, as usual. if you know us, this is what we do.

i guess there were little historic sites here and there where there were remnants of the past. we found this old log cabin that people used to reside in the late 1800's.

and that was my weekend.
