viva las vegas.

just got back from our trip. arrived tuesday evening. stayed here.

our stay was delightful. i do have some recommendations, but you'll have to read on. so here's our room (this is for CAN).

went to this patisserie in the hotel which had minature chocolate waterfalls. everything there looked so good. so i decided to get a breakfast crepe. let's just say sweets are their specialty. gelato was good. not too sweet. especially delicious after a spa.

sorry, couldn't take pictures in the spa. i would have gotten arrested. plus, i doubt you'd like to see rich, white, NAKED fat women. if you're like me and can't afford the $100+ "aroma" therapies, the wet facilities (steam sauna, dry sauna, and mineral spas) are definitely worth it. plus you get to use the fitness center. they also provide lockers, towels, sandals, robes, and a full bar of non-alcoholic drinks. all included for the price of $25.

of course, i lounged around the pool and had a cocktail, as well.

ordered room service. breakfast and dinner. had mushroom, bacon, onion omelette. it was okay. now the 16 oz. new york steak i had for dinner was DELECTABLE (that one's for you, CAN). i ate half of it then remembered to take the picture. i know i'm a pig. that huge ASS (that one's for you, too, CAN) bowl of french onion soup was almost as big as my head. good, too. notice my choice of beverages. for breakfast = gatorade. for dinner = apple chilsung cider (you have to try it. it's my new favorite drink. it tastes like candy.). no, they didn't serve it at the hotel.

no, i didn't go to any clubs. no, i didn't get a hangover. and no, i didn't win any money. so this is how vegas is spent when you're an old fart like me.
